HOW TO BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF WHEN YOU’RE HAVING A HARD TIME

How to Be Gentle with Yourself When You’re Having a Hard Time was created during some of the hardest moments of my mental health journey. It was made as a reminder to myself, as a way to practice being gentle, and as a capturing of what that current moment in my life looked and felt like. I hope that anyone who sees this remembers to be gentle with themself, too.
